What we collect

Contact details you give us directly: name, work email, company, and message content when you contact us or submit a file for evaluation.

Client documents submitted for processing under an engagement: title files, drawings, schedules, and related records. These are professional work product materials handled under the terms of the engagement and our security page.

Standard site telemetry: pages requested, referring pages, browser type, and device class, used in aggregate to keep the site working.

What we do with it

We use contact details to respond to your inquiry and to deliver work under an engagement. We do not sell personal information.

Client documents are processed to produce the deliverable you ordered. We do not train shared models on client documents. Correction data improves the instance that serves you; broader use requires an explicit, priced data-rights agreement.

Site telemetry is reviewed in aggregate to maintain and improve the site.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers who run our infrastructure under enterprise data terms, including no-training guarantees on API inputs, and when required by law.

A current subprocessor list is available on request. Material changes are announced before they take effect.

Retention

Contact inquiries are retained while a conversation is active and for a reasonable period after. Client documents are retained for the life of the engagement and the applicable professional record window, then deleted on written request. Redacted artifacts persist beyond deletion only under a signed data-rights agreement.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by writing to the address below. We respond within a reasonable window and within any statutory deadline that applies to you.

If you are in a jurisdiction with a supervisory authority, you retain the right to complain to that authority.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is role-based and least-privilege, production access is logged, and nothing leaves for a client without a named human approving it. Details are on the security page.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, the revised version will be posted here with an updated effective date before it takes effect for new processing.
